Azaleia values the protection of your personal data. This document explains what data we process, for what purposes, and for how long.
Data controller
Azaleia, registered in the Netherlands and operating in France and the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this document.
What data do we process?
We process the personal data you provide when placing a booking: name, email address, phone number, and the address of the holiday property.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively for: processing and fulfilling your booking, sending confirmations and payment links, and communication about your appointment. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
The processing of your personal data is based on the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent.
Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the agreement and for a maximum of seven years thereafter, in accordance with legal retention obligations.
Sharing with third parties
Azaleia does not share your data with third parties unless necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. payment provider Mollie) or required by law. Data processing agreements are concluded with processors.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, as well as the right to restrict and object to processing. You can submit a request via info@azaleia.eu. We respond within four weeks.
Security
Azaleia takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised processing.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or your local supervisory authority.
